Shipping and delivery, in plain words

Gifts are usually tied to dates, so it helps to know how things work.

• Shipping is ₹80 per order, and free on orders above ₹999.
• Every order is packed by hand within 3–5 business days, then 4–7 business days with the courier.
• We currently ship within India only, so please check the address and PIN code carefully.
• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking.

If you need it by a particular date, write to us at ayushi@twirlsandtrinkets.in right after ordering, and we will do our best to get it to you in time. Busy seasons and holidays can add a few days, so it is wise to order a little early for festivals and birthdays.

Good to know before you gift

Because earrings are worn on the skin, we cannot take returns for a change of mind. If an order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right. You can read more on the returns page.

If you are gifting earrings to someone with sensitive ears or a known metal allergy, message us before ordering and we will tell you exactly what each piece uses. And if you are buying for someone whose style is hard to guess, a pair of hair clips can be an easier choice.
