Change of mind

Earrings are worn on the skin, so for hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered:

1. Email ayushi@twirlsandtrinkets.in within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the piece and the packaging.
3. We’ll reply within one business day with a replacement or a refund for that piece.

Anything else

If something isn’t right, just write to us. Every order matters to a small shop, and we’ll always try to find a fair solution.
