Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Twirls & Trinkets collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, mobile number and delivery address, so we can deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Account details, if you create an account: your name, email, mobile number, saved addresses, wishlist and a securely hashed password.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.

We do not collect or store card or bank details on this website.

Cookies and storage

We use essential cookies only to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to remember your cart and, until you sign in, your wishlist. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share only what’s needed with services that help us run the shop:

• Courier partners, to deliver your order.
• Our email provider, to send order updates and newsletters.
• Our hosting and database providers, which store the shop’s data securely.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as the law requires for accounting. You can ask us to delete your account and newsletter subscription at any time.

Your choices

You can view and update your details from your account, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any newsletter, or write to ayushi@twirlsandtrinkets.in to access or delete your information.
